BundlePeople terms of service

These terms apply when a Shopify merchant installs and uses BundlePeople (“the app”), operated by Rishub Communications (“we”). By installing the app you agree to them, together with Shopify’s own terms.

The service

The app lets you create bundles, quantity breaks and other offers, shows them in your store and applies them at checkout through Shopify. You decide which offers run and on what terms; you are responsible for your prices, products and the offers you publish to your customers.

Plans and billing

• All charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars.
• Pay as you grow: no monthly fee; 1.5% of the sales created by BundlePeople offers, only on orders that used a BundlePeople discount, and never more than the monthly maximum you approve.
• Growth ($39 / 30 days) and Pro ($99 / 30 days): fixed fees with no commission.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Uninstalling the app cancels it. Fees already charged are not refunded, except where Shopify’s billing rules or the law require it.
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice inside the app before any price change for existing merchants.

Fair use

Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, misleading to shoppers, or that breaks Shopify’s rules, and don’t try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We work to keep the app available and discounts correct, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Discounts are calculated by Shopify at checkout; if the app is unavailable, your store keeps selling at normal prices.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@bundlepeople.com.
